a bit of thankfulness for a thursday

Since I last visited this little blog of mine the music man lost his dad unexpectedly and we made a trip to Washington State. It's been a while since I've done a thankful post and i was thinking especially in periods of life's low's we still have so much to be grateful for.
Lake Rosiger park
I am thankful for the memories of a generous and kind man that i had the pleasure of knowing.
a walk in the woods
I am thankful for quiet walks in the woods with just my thoughts and camera.
tree line reflections
I am thankful for fresh caught salmon.

I am thankful for my faith in God, my family who loves me for just being me and my music man who makes me smile or laugh out loud every single day.
dancing in the moonlight is so fun!
Just before we left i turned another year older and celebrated quietly while soaking in the warm summer air and incredible light offered by the moon. I am thankful for this place, time and space that i find myself in these days.

  1. Being thankful is important in life and I think we all kind of forget to stop and realize all that we have.
